About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own large parts of the ClipsVault stack — from the Next.js frontend to our PostgreSQL/Prisma backend and crypto payment integrations. You'll be one of the earliest engineers, with direct influence over architecture and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features across the full stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL)
• Own the architecture for performance-critical systems: video delivery, payment processing, and content moderation pipelines
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and raise the technical bar across the team
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to ship product quickly and without bureaucracy
• Identify and eliminate technical debt; drive reliability and observability improvements
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions (VPS, CDN, Neon serverless, file storage)

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (Next.js App Router a plus)
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL, Prisma preferred)
• Ability to own a feature end-to-end: spec, build, test, ship, monitor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with limited process
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication (NextAuth/JWT), and secure data handling

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to grow as an engineer while working on a real product used by thousands of creators and buyers. You'll work closely with senior engineers, ship features, fix bugs, and learn how a modern Next.js/PostgreSQL platform is built and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain UI components and pages using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Write API routes and database queries under senior engineer guidance
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and handle customer-reported issues
• Write clear, tested, reviewable code and participate in code reviews
• Learn the full stack quickly and take on increasing ownership over time
• Contribute to documentation and internal tooling

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience or strong portfolio projects
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and React basics
• Familiarity with Git, basic SQL, and RESTful APIs
• Hunger to learn and improve — you ask questions and seek feedback
• Ability to communicate clearly and work asynchronously across time zones

About the Role

ClipsVault grows through community trust. We're looking for a Community Outreach Associate to build genuine relationships with adult content creators and buyers across social platforms, forums, and creator communities. You deeply understand this space, and you know how to speak authentically to the people in it.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential creators on platforms like Reddit, Twitter/X, FetLife, Bluesky, and Discord
• Craft authentic outreach messages (DMs, posts, replies) that don't feel spammy
• Build and maintain relationships with top creators — understand their needs and relay product feedback
• Manage and grow ClipsVault's presence in relevant subreddits, forums, and community spaces
• Track outreach efforts, conversion rates, and creator onboarding in a simple spreadsheet/CRM
• Collaborate with the founding team on content, promotions, and community campaigns

Requirements

• Genuine familiarity with adult content creator communities (Reddit, FetLife, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Strong written communication — you know how to sound like a real person, not a corporate bot
• Comfort engaging with NSFW content and creator communities professionally
• Self-managed, organized, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Understanding of community norms and platform rules across different spaces
