Refund Policy

General Policy
All purchases on ClipVault are made using cryptocurrency. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.
When We May Issue Refunds
In limited circumstances, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion:
- Content not delivered — if a technical error prevents you from accessing purchased content after payment has been confirmed
- Fraudulent content — if the purchased content materially misrepresents what was advertised (e.g., different content than described, corrupted files)
- Content policy violation — if purchased content is removed from the platform due to a content policy violation before you were able to view it
- Duplicate purchases — if a technical error causes you to be charged multiple times for the same content
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact our support team:

Please include:
- Your username
- The content title and ID
- Transaction hash (if available)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be issued as site credits to your ClipVault account, not as cryptocurrency returns, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
Site Credits
Site credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits added to your account through cryptocurrency deposits cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cryptocurrency. Credits can only be used for purchasing content on the Platform.
Chargebacks
Since all transactions are conducted via cryptocurrency, traditional chargebacks are not possible. This protects both buyers and creators from fraudulent disputes. If you have a legitimate issue with a purchase, please use our refund request process described above.
